Delta 3000™
Using precision designed components coupled with a new electronics design known as Delta Technology™, Rosco's new Delta 3000 Fog Machine provides the tools to make fog and smoke a more versatile and creative component for any performance, film or video presentation.
The heat exchanger of the Delta 3000, the heart of any fog machine, is made of cast aluminum housing a robust 1500 watt heater element. The design of the heat exchanger, along with a unique electronic thermostatic control, is the key to creating unparalleled volumes of smoke - volumes large enough to fill most stages in less than a minute.
The other major innovation of the Delta 3000 is the harnessing of the Delta Technology to control the fog effect. This state-of-the-art electronics design allows designers and technicians to use fog and smoke the way they use light or sound: to have the effect start on cue at the correct level and end on cue. The Delta 3000 makes that possible through the choice of three different remote control devices.

Delta 6000™
The Delta 6000 fog machine produces more fog volume than almost any other system and is priced to be affordable to most users.
Consuming more than nine liters of fog fluid per hour, this machine was developed to service very large stages, theme parks and particularly the demanding industrial applications that are now a significant market for fog machines. Industrial applications including military training, leak detection and safety training in buildings, aircraft and sea going vessels, demand high-output machines.
The key to the enormous output of the Delta 6000 is a new dual-path heat exchanger. The fluid moves along two paths that maximize the heat stored in the heat exchanger and emerges as fog in two side-by-side nozzles. This allows the machine to produce far more fog than the popular Delta 3000. It uses the same basic electronics as the Delta 3000, including built-in DMX as standard equipment. The Delta 6000 is available in 1500 watt, 120 volts or 2300 watt, 240 volt configurations.
The Delta 6000 is controlled by a choice of one of three remotes.

Alpha 900™
The Alpha 900 is the most economic model of Rosco fog machines and an excellent choice for applications where the effect does not need volume control. The output from the 1000 watt heater of is truly remarkable. Weighing less than 12 lb. (5 kg), this compact machine is ideal for use at parties or other non-permanent venues.
The Alpha 900 is operated from a hand held remote attached to a 30 ft. (9 m) cord which has a simple ON/OFF switch. The Model 900 is CE compliant and carries a limited 1 year warranty.

Coldflow™
The Rosco Coldflow is an accessory for standard fog machines that converts liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2) to dry ice. The dry ice cools a uniquely designed aluminum extrusion that is capable of converting large volumes of fog into dense low lying fog. The unit can create a wide range of low lying fog effects from a continuous layer to a gigantic cloudburst.
By using LCO2, the Coldflow is far more efficient than more conventional means for creating a low-lying fog. The unit actually uses the LCO2 to create dry ice inside an aluminum chamber. You then can use your Alpha 900, Delta 3000 and Model 1700 fog machine and run the fog through the cooling chamber. The fog is chilled below ambient temperature and will hug the ground.
It is well known that the cooler the fog, the better the effect. That's why, by exposing the fog to the low temperature of dry ice, you can get a great effect. Coldflow eliminates all of the problems associated with using commercial dry ice. These problems included finding a source, transporting, handling, storage and the need to limit fog to short effects. Liquid carbon dioxide is commonly found almost anywhere. It is easy to handle and does not require any special storage. Whereas 50 pounds of dry ice will give a 15-minute effect when dropped in hot water, a comparable tank of LCO2 will last for hours.
Best results will be achieved when the Rosco Coldflow used with any Rosco fog machine plus Rosco Stage & Studio Fog Fluid. Stage & Studio is specifically designed to help create fog that will lie lower and accept the lower temperatures and other changes created by the Coldflow.
A remote included as standard equipment activates Coldflow. The remote has three easy-to-read LEDs. One of these indicators is for ON/OFF, the second illuminates while the unit is cooling (about ten minutes) and a third tells you when Coldflow is ready for operation. Attached to the unit is a 7' metal hose for connection from the Coldflow to a LCO2 tank.

PF-1000™ Remote Head Fogger
The PF-1000 Remote Head Fogger is essentially a fog machine taken out of its box and reassembled to meet special design needs. It is designed for remote, precise applications where the use of a standard fog machine is not practical.
The system consists of a Heat Exchanger Module that is separate from the Control Module and attached with tubing and a special cable. The Heat Exchanger Module is approximately 9 in. (22.9 cm) long and 3 in. (7.5 cm) in diameter. This small size allows it to be affixed in many places a standard fog machine could not be used, such as in props and animated mannequins. The Control Module can be mounted on a wall or placed anywhere remote to the Heat Exchanger Module and fluid reservoir.
The Control Module controls fog volume and on/off operation. Regulated compressed air can be introduced through the heat exchanger to add to the creation of punctuated effects, as well as help keep the Heat Exchanger Module clean. This can be regulated with the Air Input Kit. It can also be modified to allow activation through a lighting control board or a main control computer. A 15 ft. (4.6 m) Head Cable links the Heat Exchanger Module with the Control Module. This cable carries power and the data line for the thermal sensing device. A 15 ft. (4.6 m) long, 1/8 nylon tube carries fog fluid from the reservoir through the Control Module to the Heat Exchanger Module. The system uses all standard Rosco Fog Fluids.
